Psychotherapy (Talk Therapy)

We often find it helpful to talk about our problems with a friend or family member, but there’s usually only so much they can do. Psychotherapy enables us to talk to someone who is trained to help deal with negative emotions or experiences and work through our thoughts and feelings in a constructive and guiding manner.

The different approaches of individual therapies that I use include:

Behavioral Therapies

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Interpersonal Therapy

  • Humanistic

  • Existential

  • Multicultural

Psychodynamic
